Disappointed with the delivery time and tracking but especially the transport packaging, unacceptable… I hope it will work!

Package was badly dented and damaged, poorly packed. Basically eliminates any opportunity to resell. I was lucky it did not damage the items in it. However, everything works fine as advertised. Do note that you cannot fully achieve the mouse sensitivity such as on a PC, no matter what settings you put. If it wasn’t for the package being damaged, I would have been very happy. Now i am just glad it works. I hope next time you carefully pack your products
